The Whitefox Group     Executive search for nonprofit organizations
At Your Service
Search assignments generally take about 60 days. This is only an average, so depending on the nature of the assignment, it may go more quickly or take a bit longer.

A recruiting plan is designed with a client's specific needs and circumstances in mind, taking into account the professional and personal requirements of the position, the organization's environment, its culture, and its history. A profile of the ideal candidate is developed by meeting with, and gaining insight from, key stakeholders in the organization -- the executive team, staff, board members, and, if appropriate, major donors. Then through targeted recruiting (where we’re on the phone making personal contacts, always discrete) and via strategically placed media, we zero in on the strongest and most qualified candidates.

Each search we conduct is unique. What this means is that, even though we have access to a large database of potential candidates, we don’t take anything for granted; we are constantly adding to our database of high-performance professionals.
